OpenText – VIM Consultant / ABAP Developer

Job Description

We have an immediate opening for a Junior and/or Senior Level VIM Developer /
Consultant. Candidates will have to have working knowledge of all OpenText
products related to SAP and have a strong background in SAP FI and MM Modules.
Individual must be willing to Travel when required and will be allowed to work remotely.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to the following:

  • Design and Blue Printing
  • Implementation (development / configuration)
  • SAP Workflow Development
  • Go-Live Support
  • Managing all aspects of VIM Projects
  • Installation and configuration of OpenText ICC product and other document imaging products from OpenText

Required Experience

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must have strong experience with SAP Workflow
  • Must have at least 1 full cycle VIM implementation
  • Must have worked with OpenText Enterprise Scan Client and OpenText ICC solutions
  • Must have 4 years of experience with ABAP
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience with SAP ArchiveLink
  • Must have some experience with a Document Management system using ArchiveLink

Sr. SAP Workflow / ABAP Developer

Job Description

We have an immediate opening for a strong SAP Workflow Developer/Consultant.
Individual must be willing to Travel when required and will be allowed to work remotely.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to the following:

  • Design, develop, deliver and manage custom SAP Workflow projects
  • Develop and enhance functionality of the existing Verbella Product line.
  • Support existing Verbella customers and the products deployed at those customers
  • Develop SAP Document Management solutions using SAP archiveLink
  • Sales Support – Demos, Conference Calls and Scoping
  • Generation of Marketing Materials when needed

 Required Experience

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must have strong experience with SAP Workflow
  • Should have experience with Workflow in SAP Web Application Sever
  • Must have 4 years of experience with ABAP
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience with SAP ArchiveLink
  • Must have some experience with a Document Management system using ArchiveLink



Jr. ABAP Developer  (Full Time Only)

Job Description

We have an immediate opening for an Entry Level SAP ABAP Developer.
The ideal candidates will be self-motivated, take instruction, be able to work 
independently and have a strong desire to grow there SAP ABAP Skill set.
Individual must be willing to travel when required and will be
allowed to work remotely when not on site at a customer.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to the following:

  • Developing ABAP programs focused on SAP ArchiveLink and Accounts Payable
  • Developing enhancements for existing Verbella Products
  • Supporting and Troubleshooting existing Verbella Product install base
  • Project Scoping and design
  • Sales Support and Demo Creation
  • Solution Design and Documentation
  • Marketing Material creation

Required Experience

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must have 1+ year of functional experience with SAP ERP
  • Should have experience with Workflow in SAP Web Application Sever
  • Must have 1 year of hands on / Heads down experience with ABAP coding
  • Must have some experience with SAP ArchiveLink
  • Must have some experience with a Document Management system using ArchiveLink



Kofax Consultant / Developer (Full Time Only)

Job Description

Verbella is looking for a qualified Kofax Consultant who can work independently
and can deliver custom Kofax solution onsite.
Individual must be willing to travel when required and will be allowed to work remotely when not on site at a customer.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to the following:

  • Deliver Kofax solutions to customers based on SOW’s or Requirement documents
  • Install and configure all Kofax solutions
  • Able to develop custom solutions using KTM through the use of scripting and
    other methods
  • Integrate Kofax into any document management solutions
  • Function as Kofax Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Work independently with customers developing solutions
  • Provide ongoing Kofax support to existing customers as needed
  • Install and configure all popular brands of scanners and be familiar with VRS

Required Experience

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • 4 Years of Consulting or development experience
  • In depth knowledge of PC and Windows Server, Databases, and Networks
  • 4 Years of Kofax Capture and Kofax KTM Experience
  • 2 years installing and configuring scanners with ISIS drivers and Kofax VRS
  • Professional programming experience in a visual environment, Required (VB,
    VB.NET, C++, a must)
  • Document Management Experience with OpenText, SharePoint, FileNet, IBM Common Store, or OnBase a Plus
  • Knowledge of SAP is not required, but would be considered a Plus



Office and Marketing Support (Full Time – Local to West Chester, PA)

Job Description

Verbella is looking for a qualified candidates who can work independently
assisting with customer invoicing, ordering, contract management, and marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate should be technically versed, trustworthy, a good communicator and have the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to the following:

  • Update ACT CRM system with prospect information
  • Use QuickBooks to create PO, and invoice customers and process payments
  • Perform basic accounting work
  • Create marketing material
  • update website and marketing material
  • create manage and report on marketing campaigns
  • Assist with Organizing marketing events
  • Review contracts and create Statements of Work (SOW)
  • Create quotes and provide pricing to the sales team.
  • Manage Scanner and Software Maintenance contracts

Required Experience

  • Prior Office Administration of a remote workforce is preferred.
  • 3 Years of MS Office experience, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
  • CRM experience –  working knowledge of ACT is a plus
  • QuickBooks experience is a big plus
  • Company Facebook and LinkedIn administration
  • Technical writing experience
