Tungsten Automation (formerly KOFAX) PRODUCTS – OVERVIEW
Verbella, has been one of Tungsten Automation’s top re-sellers in North America of their products. Over the last 19 years, Verbella’s experience with SAP, has allowed it to become the “Go-To” vendor for Tungsten Automation and SAP integrations. Verbella is certified and trained to work with all Tungsten Automation products however, our core focus has been on Tungsten Capture, Tungsten Transformation (formerly Kofax Transformation Modules or KTM), and Tungsten TotalAgility.

One of Verbella most sought after Products is the Verbella Invoice Tracking Center (ITC) which gives SAP Accounts Payable processors and managers a flexible workspace to manage all vendor invoices.

V-LINK SUITE CONNECTORS
Verbella has created a number of products over the past 19 years to enhance the value of our customers’ document-oriented processes. The V-Link Suite was developed originally for the purpose of connecting our document imaging solutions to SAP. Over the years, the suite has grown to include Capture Solutions from Tungsten Automation (formerly Kofax), ABBYY and Tungsten AP Essentials (formerly ReadSoft Online by Kofax). In addition, we have broadened the capabilities of the V-Link Suite to include direct document storage from the SAP desktop as well as Microsoft SharePoint and SAP Ariba Solutions.
V-LINK CONNECTOR FOR SHAREPOINT
SAP customers that want to use SharePoint as their archive repository for their SAP transactional documents can utilize the Verbella V-Link Connector to securely store their documents using SAP ArchiveLink technology.

The Verbella V-Link SAP Connector – ABBY & Tungsten Automation allows both ABBYY and Tungsten Automation customers to seamlessly integrate captured data and documents into SAP. V-Link SAP Connector utilizes the native SAP ArchiveLink functionality to dynamically store and link images in an ArchiveLink compliant repository.
V-LINK ARIBA CONNECTOR – ABBYY and TUNGSTEN AUTOMATION (formerly KOFAX)
Ariba created the Open ICS interface to allow either an outside service provider or the companies AP Department to process the invoices from non-Network suppliers. Verbella developed the V-Link Connector for Ariba, to allow AP Departments to easily handle the non-Network invoices.

The Verbella V-Link for Desktops (V4D) gives SAP users the power to seamlessly convert anything sent to a printer, into a Searchable PDF and link it directly to a transaction in SAP. Imagine any file, email, or website page that you would consider important collaborating documentation for an SAP transaction can now easily be converted into a searchable PDF and stored on your ArchiveLink compatible Content Server.
