Our SAP Certified Verbella Invoice Tracking Center (ITC)—compatible with both ECC and S/4 HANA—continues to offer small and mid-size SAP companies a powerful yet affordable A/P Automation Solution. Developed as an ABAP add-on, the ITC runs entirely within your SAP system under the Verbella namespace. This means no additional external applications to manage, all while benefiting from full multi-language and multi-currency support.
Seamless Integration and Smart Automation
The ITC offers automatic routing for invoice coding and approvals, leveraging your existing SAP HR hierarchies or allowing for ad-hoc workflows. For specific invoice types—such as utility bills—coding and posting can happen automatically in the background. Any exceptions are efficiently handled through SAP workflow, ensuring no invoice is left behind or delayed. This means fewer vendor follow-up calls and improved AP efficiency.
Built for SAP Customers, by SAP Experts
The ITC was designed in response to feedback from our SAP customer base. Many of these customers operate Accounts Payable departments with anywhere from 1 to 20 accounting clerks. To meet their needs, we created a simple yet effective solution. Our workflows handle non-PO invoice approvals and exceptions without adding unnecessary complexity or administrative overhead.
